The Spice Factory is proud to announce the opening of an 8,000 sq. ft area dedicated to allowing individuals create, design, share and release their creative gifts. We cater to the entire creative community—Artist, Dancers, Musicians, Sculptors, Movie Production, Graphic Design, Jewelry, Recording, Drawing, Painting, etc… You name your passion and we will help you find a way to make it grow.
For $299 a month, you will join the Spice Factory Co-op and have access to the 8,000 sq ft area and a 5x5 locker to store your belongings (larger storage space is available for an added fee) As your needs grow, we can grow with you—we have 100 individual spaces ranging from 300 to 5,000 sq ft to fit all of your additional needs.
